Headshot/Branding Mini Session - Raleigh, NC

If you plan to book a headshot mini-session with LonniJPhotography, it is highly recommended that you read this section before booking.

Date: Saturday | October 21, 2023

I’ll send about 3-4 images. I choose the images to send you. No, you can not see all that I shot and no you can not choose your photos. That’s the point, you are choosing to trust my professional opinion on which digital images you get.

The reason why I am not allowing people to choose their photos is that it’s less time proofing which equals less headache for you on which ones to choose and less time for me waiting on you to choose them. Mini-session includes up to a 5-minute session with (all final high-resolution images) sent via an online gallery.

If you are late for your slot you will not get extra time to shoot. I believe in starting my shoots on time so out of respect and courtesy for the other people that book, PLEASE BE ON TIME.

Your FULL payment is due at the time of booking to secure your spot. The payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.

What is the turnaround time for photos?

  • Your images will be ready to view and download within 3-5 business days after each session via a private online gallery through a link emailed to you. The gallery will close after 7 days. If the client requests the images be re-posted to the gallery after the 7 days have expired, a $25 re-posting fee will be issued and the images will be re-posted to the gallery for an additional 7-day period. The client will be responsible for downloading their images to a device for personal use. After this, all sales are final. There are no returns on files, and no exceptions. 

How many outfits do I get?

  • 1 outfit only

    What if I don’t like the photos you send?

  • I do minimal retouching and pick the very best ones to send you. Keep in mind it’s a 5-minute session so there won’t be a lot of variety (that’s the point), if there are reasons you don’t like the images that are cosmetic and require additional retouching I can offer a retouching fee of $15/image or $40 for the session. There are no refunds or reshoots if you simply don’t like the photos, but take a look around my site and you’ll see the work that I do. I promise I won’t disappoint.

    What is your cancellation/refund policy?

  • Once you book you are holding a spot on my calendar that no one else can book, so there are no refunds once you book.  If you no-show your appointment, you forfeit your session fee and would need to book another session. If you are a no-call no-show, you are forfeiting your booking fee and I will not schedule with you again.

  •  In the event that you cancel your portrait session after it has been scheduled, no refund of your session will be made to you. However, I do understand that schedules may change, in the event that you need to reschedule your session and you provide at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice of the same, your session fee may be applied to the next mini-session event (depending on location).

Copyright/Print Release

  • It is illegal to use, copy or scan images in any way or manner without the written permission of Lonni J Photography.  Lonni J Photography retains all copyright. Please note for digital sessions, you do receive a Right of Reproduction which will allow you to make prints of all digital images. If sharing images on social media, the Client will credit the images to Lonni J Photography.  

  • Photographs taken at all sessions and presented by this photographer may be used by Lonni J Photography for the purpose of display, portfolio, advertising, website, or any publication to promote the business name, and the images can be used without additional compensation to the client.
